Class Description

Mixed Circuit

This class will include a wide variety of exercise with the aim to increase strength and reduce body fat, all while maximising calories burnt during and after exercise

Ladies Who Lift

This class is for all the ladies who are looking to build strength, improve their fitness levels and build confidence in weight training.

HIIT & Core

High intensity training with short bursts of cardio to get your heart racing and the perfect ab workout to build a strong core.

Spin

An indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels, this class will use high intensity bursts to build endurance on the bike. This class is completely adjustable to own ability and thoroughly enjoyable

Yoga

Yoga combines physical exercise, mental meditation and breathing techniques to strengthen muscles in the body while reducing stress levels. Yoga helps improve flexibility and increases the body and range of movement.

Pilates

Pilates consists of low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper
postural alignment core strength and muscle balance.

Bums & Tums

This class is designed to tone, build strength and sculpt your Bums & Tums. If you want to work on your glutes and building a strong core this is the class for you

Body Pump

The ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition,
BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

Box Fit

BoxFit is a cardio workout, based on the training used for boxing focusing on toning and fitness. It includes skipping, boxing drills and bodyweight exercises that incorporate footwork and abdominal movements.

Kettlebells

Want to try a workout that is super effective for building muscle, strength and endurance?…yes? then Kettlebells is the class
for you . Kettlebell classes are a great way to develop overall strength and power, promote lean muscle gain, increase mobility and core strength.

Spin

An indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels, this class will use high intensity bursts to build endurance on the bike. This class is completely adjustable to own ability and thoroughly enjoyable.

Spin & Core

Our spin core class combines high intensity cardio with a challenging core work out, the first 20 minutes are spent on the bike climbing and sprinting followed by a 20 minute core circuit.

Step Aerobics

Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high-intensity cardio workout improving overall fitness by building strength, burning calories, and boosting your cardiovascular health with the added bonus of great music.

Step Circuit

Using a step platform, this is a high energy aerobics circuit class great for burning calories, all over body toning and improving cardiovascular fitness. This class is completely adjustable to your own ability and is thoroughly enjoyable.

Teen Zone

A class designed for our teen gym goers, including a variety of circuits and weight training.

Zone 45

A high intensity conditioning class in our zone area designed to gain strength and increase your heart rate.

Older Adult

A low impact mobility focused class, includes aerobic and stability designed specifically for our active older members, to enjoy in a fun environment.

Mobility 30

A class strategically designed to increase mobility that will enhance all areas of your work out.
