Class Description
Mixed Circuit
This class will include a wide variety of exercise with the aim to increase strength and reduce body fat, all while maximising calories burnt during and after exercise
Ladies Who Lift
This class is for all the ladies who are looking to build strength, improve their fitness levels and build confidence in weight training.
HIIT & Core
Spin
An indoor cycling class designed for all fitness levels, this class will use high intensity bursts to build endurance on the bike. This class is completely adjustable to own ability and thoroughly enjoyable
Yoga
Pilates
Pilates consists of low impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper
postural alignment core strength and muscle balance.
Bums & Tums
This class is designed to tone, build strength and sculpt your Bums & Tums. If you want to work on your glutes and building a strong core this is the class for you
Body Pump
BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.
Box Fit
BoxFit is a cardio workout, based on the training used for boxing focusing on toning and fitness. It includes skipping, boxing drills and bodyweight exercises that incorporate footwork and abdominal movements.
Kettlebells
for you . Kettlebell classes are a great way to develop overall strength and power, promote lean muscle gain, increase mobility and core strength.
Spin
Spin & Core
Our spin core class combines high intensity cardio with a challenging core work out, the first 20 minutes are spent on the bike climbing and sprinting followed by a 20 minute core circuit.
Step Aerobics
Step Circuit
Using a step platform, this is a high energy aerobics circuit class great for burning calories, all over body toning and improving cardiovascular fitness. This class is completely adjustable to your own ability and is thoroughly enjoyable.
